Doctoral Student

I am a member of Dr. Douglas Menke and Dr. Jonathan Eggenschwiler's lab. I study sonic hedghog signaling in reptiles using Anolis lizards as a model system. I am trying to figure out how much of the pathway and shh target genes are conserved in context of limb development. I am also interested in education research and I am working on instructor intervention strategies for group work in an inquiry based undergraduate biology lab.
