The following Life Sciences conference rooms are available for reservation. You can check for availability by clicking on the links below. To reserve a room, contact Darlene Strickland (troi@uga.edu; 542-8000) with the following details: room number, start time, end time, date(s), and recurring event information. Rooms can be booked for a maximum of one semester at a time. The rooms available to book are A104, B116 (Commons area), B116A (new seminar room), and B121. These are all shared with IOB and BMB. Click on a room number from the list below to see the schedule for that location A104 B121 B116 (Commons area) B116A (New seminar room) The use of B116A should be limited to seminar-type events (lab group meetings that need a larger room, etc.). It should NOT be reserved for regular teaching in lieu of the teaching space in the building. Whatever the size of your class, you should use the centrally assigned classroom space for teaching. In addition, if you are eating, socializing, or likely to have food/drinks: If possible, please use B116 rather than B116A.
